Brief description of the project
: The project is related to database creation and
management of information on biodiversity of northern
Western Ghats. It primarily involves secondary data
collection by visiting libraries, institutes,
documenting information by consulting resource persons
in this field and information available in the public
domain.
Essential qualifications :
M.Sc. Biodiversity / M.Sc. Botany / M.Sc. Zoology / M.Sc.
Life Sciences / M.Sc. Environmental Sciences. Candidates
who have appeared for their final examination are also
eligible to apply
Desirable : Sound knowledge
of Microsoft Office, Internet and willingness to travel
to Western Ghats of Maharashtra for data collection
purpose
